The test will determine an individual's Maximum oxygen uptake (VO2), which is the gold standard for measuring cardiorespiratory or aerobic fitness. Once this value is determined, a proper individualized training zone and aerobic exercise will be prescribed. Total time 1.0-1.5 hours. | |

All classes accept every level of fitness. Each class is tailored to offer beginner, intermediate, and advanced exercises during the session. Come and join us! A pool chair lift is available to assist participants into the pool. Swimming not required. Due to high demand, each participant may only register for one group of classes.
